This is Underground Muscle’s most popular service. I provide high-value personal training in a small group setting. These sessions have an attendance ratio limit of 3 to 6 clients to ONE coach. This ensures that each client still receives the attention and guidance needed for a safe and effective workout..

This semi-personal group format allows me to keep my prices low by spreading the cost of a well qualified personal trainer over multiple clients. In other words, you get the expertise of an experienced, well-educated professional at the best price possible.


This is how I provide the best value in personal training in Burlington, NC.

Each class is an adequate blend of strength training, athletic conditioning, mobility work, cardio, and lean muscle building methods. Through imaginative and creative programming, each workout is designed to complement the others for the rest of the week. Each client’s progress is tracked making sure you are always advancing!


  • Flexible Scheduling - Allows you to jump in any open semi-personal training class that are offered throughout the day. Be sure to contact your coach early to ensure your spot!
  • Small Group of 3 to 6 - Get motivated with a fun, like-minded group, with a real fitness professional while performing personalized training sessions. Group sizes are limited to provide suitable instruction.

The small group setting adds an element of camaraderie to the workouts. It will help motivate you to challenge yourself harder than you would on your own. Our classes are for all trainees, at any stage, however, if working in a group intimidates you, or if you are new to strength training, I recommend you begin with Private Personal Training, to introduce you to the proper training methods.
